Processing Times

  • Art supplies will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom made scrolls will generally be finished and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time during Chinese New Year and other national holidays.
  • Engraved Seals will generally be finished and shipped within 4-6 business days. Please allow extra time during Chinese New Year and other national holidays.

Shipping Times and Method

  • Items to Europe, North America, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Singapore will be shipped registered airmail with a tracking number by E-packet. The tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment of your item. Shipments normally take 7-17 days.
  • You can track your packages at https://track-chinapost.com or https://www.17track.net/en. Additionally, you can track your item through your own country’s postal service website (for example usps.com). However, the item may not show up in your country’s postal service site until after has cleared customs.
  • Items to the rest of the world may not always have a tracking number. Shipping times for other areas is generally between 14-60 days.
  • If an item does not arrive, we will send a replacement after ample time has been given to determine it is lost in the mail.

Customs Information

  • Our products almost always clear customs without any paperwork or effort on your part.
  • Generally there are no fees assessed.
  • In rare cases, customs officials may assess a fee (in the UK this happens sporadically). In the cases where a fee is charged, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Returns and Refunds

  • Many of our items are hand made and personalized. Once we have begun creating an item, no cancellations are accepted.
  • Non-customizable products can be returned for a refund and a full refund will be given within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
  • If we make a mistake or the product arrives faulty or damaged, we happily provide either a refund or send a new item.
  • We happily work with our customers to find equitable solutions to any problems that arise.
